The social enterprise, launched in 2020, aims to create a “sisterhood” of women who can then pave the way for future women leaders.
There is a clear link between female representation on corporate boards and better financial results. Aurora50 co-founder Diana Wilde
“When it comes to diversity in boardrooms, there is a clear link between female representation on corporate boards and better financial results, yet very few boards in the GCC have achieved gender balance,” Ms Wilde tells Entrepreneur.
In her ‘Trep Talk’, she advises other entrepreneurs to hire slowly and with diversity in mind, to have a concrete plan and to keep your North Star in sight.
