The Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce hosted a panel discussion to review a number of pioneering national youth initiatives for diversity, equality and inclusion, led by representatives of banking sectors and community, private and academic institutions, represented by Aurora50, one of the community institutions dedicated to building women leaders, ADNOC and the Abu Dhabi Transport Company. Control (TRANSCO), UAE Central Bank, Ras Al Khaimah Bank, Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du), American University of Ras Al Khaimah, PwC Middle East and a large presence of young citizens, writes Al Bayan.
The event was a roadshow for Aurora50’s The Inclusion Summit in September, where hundreds of trailblazing chairs, board members and C-suite executives are expected to gather to discuss inclusion at the MENA region’s largest cross-industry DEI event.

وأكد محمد مصبح النعيمي رئيس مجلس إدارة الغرفة حرص القيادة في بناء القدرات الوطنية، والاستثمار في طاقات وإمكانات أبنائها من شباب الإمارات، والتي تقع عليهم مسؤولية كبيرة ليكونوا دوماً على قدر ثقة القيادة بهم في كل المسؤوليات التي تولوها.

WAM reported that His Excellency Mohammed Musabah Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, confirmed in his speech during the seminar the keenness of the wise leadership to build national capabilities, and to invest in the energies and potentials of its Emirati youth, who have a great responsibility to always be as confident as the leadership in them in all the responsibilities they assume. Calling them to unleash their creative energies to continue the path of achievements.
Arefah Al-Falahi, member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber and Ras Al-Khaimah Insurance, reviewed her experience, success story, and the most important tools that motivate excellence.. referring to the role of government leaders and their keenness to encourage and develop a culture of excellence to become the basic feature of employees and their workplaces.. Pointing out that the culture of excellence has become an approach and a daily work culture sustainable in all aspects and sectors.
She added that this panel discussion, hosted by the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber, comes as part of the promotional campaign for the inclusion summit to be hosted by the UAE on September 6-7 at the Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre.
