In February Guinness World Records™ presented ADNOC and Aurora50 with their certificate after ADNOC and Aurora50 jointly won a world record for gender equality in the workplace.
Some 7,000+ change-makers signed our pledge for gender equality in the workplace between 9-10 November 2023, breaking the Guinness World Records 24-hour campaign record.
A majority of the pledges came from UAE-based workforces, underlining the UAE’s ongoing commitment to gender equality.
The pledge remains open for anyone who would like to join our cause and pledge to gender equality in the workplace.
