We want every shade of talent to shine at work.

Organisations are made up of people, from leaders to middle managers to the newest recruit or youngest intern. Together, we can profoundly impact our workplaces, communities and the world.

More than 7,000 people have already pledged to Aurora50’s gender equality in the workplace campaign and become catalysts for change. Those who pledged in November 2023 even became world record-holders.

Join them by signing the Aurora50 pledge and following its five principles.

  • PRINCIPLE 1 – GENDER EQUALITY: Promote gender equality by treating all colleagues equally, regardless of gender and advocate for initiatives that promote gender equity.
  • PRINCIPLE 2 – ACTIVELY LISTEN: Actively listen to the ideas, concerns and experiences of women and men equally, ensuring they have a voice in meetings and in decision-making.
  • PRINCIPLE 3 – ADDRESS & CHALLENGE BIAS: Be vigilant about addressing and challenging any gender bias, stereotypes, or discriminatory behaviour when encountered.
  • PRINCIPLE 4 – MENTOR & SPONSOR: Offer equal mentorship and sponsorship opportunities to women and men, helping them advance in their careers.
  • PRINCIPLE 5 – CELEBRATE ACHIEVEMENTS: Celebrate achievements – Recognise and celebrate the achievements and contributions of all employees in the workplace.

Aurora50 is a DEI impact agency for the Middle East. Our services include Pathway20, a board accelerator for women and NOORA, a membership network for corporate women in the GCC. We also have a research arm and most recently published a report in collaboration with Heriot-Watt University Dubai showing that 5.2 percent of GCC board seats are held by women.
