Saeed Al Awar joined Rothschild & Co in 2014 and is Head of Middle East and Partner, responsible for implementing Rothschild & Co’s strategic direction in the region. He also serves as the chair of the Global Advisory Executive Committee for the Middle East.
He is a board member of ADC Acquisition Corporation PJSC, the First UAE SPAC set up in partnership between ADQ and Chimera, and of market maker fund xCube.
His career, which spans over 18 years, is marked by extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, with a focus on M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Advisory, Restructuring, Asset Management, Wealth Management and Private Banking.
Mr Al Awar holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Queen Mary, University of London and is a qualified solicitor under the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
