Dr Ayesha Binlootah is Assistant Vice President of the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority of Dubai Government.
She is also a board director at Emaar Development and Salik.
Dr Binlootah has played a pivotal role at the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) – UAE Chapter.
She has held committee positions as an independent director in publicly listed companies on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
She is a member of the UAE Federal National Anti-money Laundering Committee.
She previously worked as Director of Internal Audit, Risk Management and Information Security at Dubai Tourism, having started her career at Dubai Islamic Bank.
She holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in tourism investments, is a Certified Corporate Governance Practitioner from the UK Affiliation of Corporate Governance Practitioner and COSO Certified.
