Statistics about women at work in Bahrain to celebrate Bahraini Women’s Day.

Aurora50 was co-founded by Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan and Diana Wilde in 2020 with a powerful vision: gender balance in the workplace.

A UAE-based social enterprise, we support organisations with diversity, equity and inclusion (also known as DE&I, D&I, DEI or EDI) goals and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) ratings, in line with the United Nations’ sustainable development goals, particularly SDG 5 – gender equality.
