Case study

Aurora50 recently published a research report, in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) and sponsored by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).

The report investigated the progress of women board directors in the UAE and recommended a five-step framework for women to achieve their first board position within 10-15 years.

The report used qualitative data gathered from our network of several thousand regional business executives, as well as quantitative interviews conducted by MBRSG with executive women who were already GCC-based independent board directors. All data was anonymised and aggregated to produce the report.
