She has over 17 years of experience in providing Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Internal Audit services in the UAE and in the Unites States.
She has led more than 50 Corporate Governance assignments that have included conducting board effectiveness reviews, establishing corporate governance frameworks, Board/ Board Committee Charters, Code of Ethics, and conducting many board and Senior Management awareness sessions.
