Mr. Al Serkal started his career in 1988, as a Computer Analyst at Etisalat Company, which is one of the leading telecom service providers in the UAE and led the system for handling new service requests for subscribers, and services that combine multiple systems across Etisalat branches. and remote offices in the United Arab Emirates. In 1993, he moved to the Department of Economic Development in Dubai to serve as Head of the Systems Development and Maintenance Department at the Department of Information Technology and was tasked with coordinating the smooth transition of application systems from Dubai Municipality to the Department of Economic Development.

He was asked in 1998 to participate in the establishment and establishment of the Dubai Financial Market, so he quickly raised the banner of challenge until he became one of the five original founders of the Dubai Financial Market, who, over the years, provided unparalleled efforts, sincerity and contribution in order to make the “Dubai Financial Market Project” a successful reality.

Mr. Al Serkal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Seattle Pacific University, USA.
