Mr Malouf is an accomplished C-suite senior executive (CIO, COO and CFO) and non-executive director, who has lived and worked in the Middle East & North Africa region for 18 years.  

He has worked in different settings: multinationals, family offices and government, and is currently the Chief Investment Officer for a Dubai Government sovereign wealth fund.  

Mr Malouf has also been a non-executive director and board chairman for over 20 years, sitting on several operational and advisory boards in areas such as: trade and investment, financial services, funds management, family/ private investment offices, property, technology, education, healthcare, and medical research and endowments.  

He has also been a chair and member of board sub-committees, including: executive committee, audit, finance, risk, strategic technology, projects, treasury, compliance, governance, operations, investments, remuneration and nominations.  

In terms of current board positions, Mr Maloufis the Chair of the Middle East Advisory Committee for the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board Finance and Risk Management Committee for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, a Member of the External Advisory Board for the University of Wollongong in Dubai, and he also sits on the board of a regulated fintech company in Abu Dhabi (backed by the Abu Dhabi government and two global banks), as well as the board of a family conglomerate in Dubai.  

He is also the Global Ambassador in the United Arab Emirates for Advance.org, the professional network for global Australians.
