Pledge to gender equality in the workplace

We believe that shaping an inclusive future is everyone’s job.
You have more power than you realise to make others feel included and like they belong.
More than 7,000 people have already pledged to gender equality in the workplace and become catalysts for change. Those who pledged in November 2023 even became world record-holders.
Join them by signing the Aurora50 pledge and following its five principles.
Organisations are made up of people, from leaders to middle managers to the newest recruit or youngest intern. Together,
we can profoundly impact our workplaces, communities and the world.
Step forward and lend a helping hand, even if you get it wrong at first. The more you try, the easier and more
comfortable it gets.
When you pledge, you’ll receive a toolkit to help you put your pledge into action.
It will give you details on each of the principles and resources and advice on easy ways for you to start making changes
for gender equality in the workplace, regardless of seniority.
We want every shade of talent to shine at work.
You can #bethechange, because you are the change.
